Member rates are for members, as defined in the Club's Policies & Procedures.
Each aircraft owner determines the usage rate for the aircraft. The goal is to share in the cost of airplane ownership, and to get a low rate in exchange for helping with keeping the airplanes and hangars clean.
N759ZT & N735LC, both Cessna 182Qs, have these rates:
IFR certified; Aspen EFD, GNS430W, GTX 320A XPNDR, PMA 8000B panel, EI engine monitor, STEC 55X 2-axis autopilot, alt preselec. Backup avionics: steam gauges. N759ZT had an engine overhaul in 2018. Included were carburetor, magneto & starter adapter. Propeller & governor overhauled, & electronic ignition added Spring, 2018. As of October 06, 2020, the engine had 482 TSOH. N759ZT is hangared, battery maintainer & sump heater (cold months). New windscreen, overhauled starter motor. New: ADSB out.
IFR certified (ILS & VOR); DG, SL30, SL40, NGT-9000 XPNDR with ADSB in/out, WX500, GMA 340 audio panel, Insight graphic engine monitor, STEC 30 2-axis autopilot. As of October, 2020, the engine had 650 TSOH. 3-blade prop. N735LC is hangared, with battery maintainer & sump heater (cold months). Standby vacuum system. Overhauled starter motor. ADSB in & out.
Annual checkout required. Otherwise, for flight in IMC, and/or day, and/or night conditions, pilot must be current in type for carrying passengers, per FARs.
Club CFI must be used for annual checkout. Members may utilize other CFIs for other training.
